A protocol in the app is out of date

Tap "Protocols need updating? Let us know" at the top of the Flowcharts or regional PDF list. It opens an email to protocols@alphamedic.ai with your region and the edition the app has already filled in. If you have the new protocol document, attach it or tell us where to find it.

A flowchart, dose, or quiz question looks wrong

For a quiz question, tap the Flag button on it and add a short note. For anything else, email support@alphamedic.ai with the region, the screen, and what your protocol document says, with its page number if you have it. Clinical reports are reviewed by our clinical team.

A hospital's phone number is wrong

You can fix it yourself: open the hospital in Quick-Call and edit the number. Your change stays on your phone and survives app updates. Please also email us the correct number and where you found it, so every medic in your region gets the fix.

My region isn't in the app

Choose your state during setup and leave your email address, and we will tell you when it arrives. Your agency or regional council can also send its protocols to protocols@alphamedic.ai.

Restore a purchase on a new phone

Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google Play account you bought with, open the upgrade screen in Alpha Medic, and tap Restore purchases.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by your store, not inside the app. Deleting the app does not cancel one.

iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Alpha Medic.
Android: Google Play, then your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Alpha Medic.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or free trial to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Delete your data

Alpha Medic has no accounts, and almost everything you enter stays on your phone. Here is how to delete all of it.
