Delete your Alpha Medic data

Alpha Medic has no user accounts, so there is no account to delete. Almost everything you enter stays on your phone, and the little we hold on our servers is not linked to you by any account. Here is how to remove each part.

1. Everything on your phone

Your region and certification level, continuing-education and certification records and their photos, incident log entries, quiz progress, hospital favorites and phone-number edits, and downloaded protocol documents are all stored only on your device.

To delete all of it, uninstall Alpha Medic. On Android you can also go to Settings, Apps, Alpha Medic, Storage, and tap Clear storage.

This is permanent. There is no cloud backup of your records. We never had a copy, so we cannot restore them. If you want to keep your continuing-education records, export them first (Pro), or keep your own copies of the certificates.

2. An email address you gave us

If you entered your email address to be told when your region arrives, or signed up for early access on this website, we store that address.

To delete it, email privacy@alphamedic.ai from that address and say "delete my email". We delete it, together with the region it was saved with, and reply to confirm. You do not need to prove an account, because there is none.

3. Questions you flagged

When you flag a quiz question, we store which question it was, the app version, whether you use iPhone or Android, the time, and any note you typed. No name, email, or device identifier is attached, so we cannot find your flags by who sent them.

If a note you typed contains something you want removed, email privacy@alphamedic.ai with the question and roughly when you flagged it, and we will find and delete it.

4. What we keep, and for how long
